Refund policy
At BearBed, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery.

Customers must share:
• Order ID
• Product images
• Payment screenshot
• Reason for refund
Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.
Conditions:
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are not available for damaged products caused by misuse.
• Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.
BearBed reserves the right to reject refund requests if the policy conditions are not met.
